Intense had a new bluetooth product offering and needed an a way for retail store managers to control and configure their lights.
Intense had a sophisticated clientele and visual identity, which was now being absorbed into the Leviton family. The visual design of the app was a clean, elegant step forward for the established Leviton apps, which were slightly more utilitarian and inconsistent. Besides being elegantly functional, the app needed to be consistent with the existing brand.
The simple to use Bluetooth app, designed for iPhone and Android, provided a simple way to tune the retail lights without the expense of costly hardware. It also anticioated the arrival of Bluetooth mesh. The Product owner was pleased and work to support the product was ongoing.
